Good Evening Birders..
I really appreciate your help in identifying the imm. European Starling. I
never would have gotten that one, and it was driving us both crazy. I am amazed
at the number of replies. It was great, and I forwarded them to my friend. Now
she is jealous since she doesn't have such a great resource.
Now I need another favor.. I hope I'm not bugging you guys too much. Please
tell me if I am..
I shot this last month, assuming it was a Little Blue Heron. Now, I'm starting
to have second thoughts.. Could it be a Reddish Egret? I'm leaning toward that
now..
Probably a No-Brainer for y'all :) But my eyes aren't that experienced. I can't
tell by my bird books. And once again, the folks on photography group were not
able to tell for sure.

Also, I got this picture last weekend at a small pond nearby, and assumed it
was a badly molting or ill female Mallard. But now I am wondering if it could
be a Mottled Duck??
Not a good shot..I think I will go back there again,

I really appreciate your help as does my fellow photog. from Wisconsin with the
Starling images
I do want the correct captions on all my images..
Thanks again so very much...
