I am assuming that "resource management activities" at Mason Neck means
a deer hunt. The reason given for the closings on the three days at
Occoquan Bay NWR, according to the signs posted on the bathroom doors
at the parking lot, is a deer hunt. I hope merely saying "deer hunt"
is not forbidden on this list.
