COME ONE, COME ALL...The Northern VA Bird Club will be having a fine show
this Thursday nite, Feb. 23rd. Phil Davis will be presenting a multimedia look
at
birds, mammals and scenery of the Falkland and South Georgia Islands as well
as the Antarctic Peninsula. Phil is an advanced birder who leads trips to
Alaska for High Lonesome Bird Tours.
Refreshments start at 7:30p and the show starts at 8p. We meet at the
Bethlehem Lutheran Church - 8922 Little River Tpke - about 1.8 miles west
(outside)
the Beltway. Going west, turn right at the 5th lite (Guinea Road) and then left
onto the service road. Pass the firestation and turn right into the 2nd
