I dropped by Dulles at about 330pm.
The Snowy Owl was on the ground to the right of the marker for the Y
taxiway (that's the Yankee taxiway for those of you who like to listen
to the airport radio channel when you travel).
I think this is the same spot where Sue Heath said she saw it
yesterday. From the top deck of the parking garage, if you look just to
the right of the Airborne Express plane you will see the marker for the
yellow Y taxiway. It has a Y in the center and arrows to either side
pointing left and right. The owl was on the ground to the right of the
maker at the very end of the grassy area.
The heat distortion made getting any good pictures at that distance
difficult, but here is one shot that proves the owl was there today:
