Hi,
At the Battlefield this morning, I was treated to a White-crowned (imm.),
White-throated, and Savannah in the same binoc view. Other sparrows along
Sparrow Alley (near the stables) include Lincoln's (1), Swamp (5), Savannah
(6), White-throated (6), Song and Field about 20 each. Mixed in with the
group were two Indigo Buntings. It was fun to watch the many kinglets (RC and
Golden) mixing it up with the sparrows.
Yesterday, I saw one each Black-throated Blue and Black-throated Green
Warbler, Scarlet Tanager, Winter Wren, and Yellow-bellied Sapsucker at the
Battlefield. I haven't even bothered to count the numerous Yellow-rumps
lately..
