After three days of no coverage due to the passage
of Frances, Thurs. and Fri. produced 50 birds, and our
first day (today) of more than 6 Broad-wings. Other
highlights today included an exceptionally close adult
B. Eagle, in perfect light, beating its wings all the way out
of sight (I could swear I heard the Star Spangled Banner
in the background) and our second Peregrine, soaring
directly overhead.
