[va-bird] Harris's Sparrow, Julie Metz

All,

The Harris's Sparrow at Julie Metz was seen feeding near the monument at 
11:15 and again at 11:35 this morning by several birders.  It was a life 
bird for 4 people that were there.  Wow!  Now that's fun.  I am trying 
to track when this bird departs for the VARCOM record, so I would really 
appreciate people notifying me if they see it from here on out.  Thanks.
