The Friends of Dyke Marsh are focused upon conservation and preservation of Dyke Marsh, the largest tidal wetland in Northern Virginia and the Washington DC area; this unique habitat is located just south of Old Town Alexandria and the National Capital Beltway Woodrow Wilson Bridge over the Potomac River and is administered by the National Park Service and part of the George Washington memorial parkway.

We are a 30-year old organization with 501(c)(3)status.
