The Friends of Dyke Marsh are focused upon conservation and
preservation of Dyke Marsh, the largest tidal wetland in Northern Virginia
and the Washington DC area; this unique habitat is located just south of Old
Town Alexandria and the National Capital Beltway Woodrow Wilson Bridge over
the Potomac River and is administered by the National Park Service and part
of the George Washington memorial parkway.
We are a 30-year old organization with 501(c)(3)status.
