[va-bird] Blackpoll in Franklin County 5/8

We were happy to find a single singing BLACKPOLL in our yard in Burnt
Chimney yesterday.  Other new birds of interest during the last week are 3
CHATS on 5/4, BALTIMORE ORIOLE on 5/5, and on 5/8, in addition to the
blackpoll, we also had CEDAR WAXWINGS and PARULA.
