Williamsburg Bird Club's monthly field trip will be Saturday, January 21 to
Newport News Park. Tom Armour will lead the group to the varied environs of
one of the largest municipal parks in the country. We'll be looking for
woodland birds as well as ducks on the reservoir. Last weekend there were 3
REDHEADS on the water. Species count could be between 30 and 40 depending on
the weather. This will be a good day to increase your 2006 list.
Meet the group at 8:30 in the parking lot nearest the Park Headquarters and
