As I understand it, quota limits are not imposed by V-webmail. They may be imposed by the OS (eg Linux usrquota and grpquota) or by Qmail/Courier-IMAP, which operates a kind of "voluntary" quota system (not as good as OS system). Provided these are turned off, you should be OK.
