Another very birdy evening at the Clay Place chimney - Nancy Fuller counted
more than 3000, and she arrived after the birds had already started down the
chimney (they started in about 6:40 tonight - almost an hour before sunset).
There were two teachers from Riddle Elementary there tonight. They report
that they see several hundred birds exiting the chimney at the school each
morning. Would be wonderful to get that confirmed, and maybe get a roost
count some evening. If anybody is able/willing to do that, it would be
great to have the observation reported to
