My first bird of the year this morning was a red-breasted sapsucker
drilling in a madrone, got lots of pictures have to download them yet. This
was followed shortly by an Anna's hummingbird feeding out of some of the
holes down below the bird.
Maybe this is an indication I'm going to start getting some action up here.
Its been pretty quiet. Oh, over Christmas my son's phone was able to
indicate our elevation up here is 1129'.
