I live in clifton in the gaslight area and about 2 months ago a black man broke in my home at 5 am and held a gun to my 4 year olds head and told me to be quiet , letting me know that if i scream then my son would have been shot, this happened on lowell avenue just behind martin luther king and near the forum apts anyway i got away and the man was never caught, he got in there so quietly i did not even know he was there, the police didnt even really do anything and made me feel like i was lying and i made the whole thing up, anyway this man was a black man about between 5'5 and 5'8 maybe he had a bald head and these beaty dark brown eyes which i never forgot, he was small muscular build, wearign a white wife beater and black shorts that came a little past his knees, he had on white magician like gloves and just gave me this peircing look he had no facial hair , anyway since he was never caught im sure he has done it again in that area, i have since moved from there and i never went back after that night, so anyway people in that area plzz watch out for this man and be very careful "esrv.net" <ecereb@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: --- University Hights Neighborhood Association - NET Message --------------- From: Hand, Greg (handgl) [mailto:HANDGL@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, November 14, 2006 8:22 AM Subject: Robberies Reported Off Campus To: University of Cincinnati Community From: Eugene R. The suspect is a Male Black 30-40 years of age, 5'6" to 6'0" tall, thin build. He has a thin moustache with graying hair. He wears dark clothing, described as a black sweatshirt with a hoodie in at least two of the offenses. During the offense the suspect approaches victim from behind, indicates he has a gun and says he will shoot the victim if his orders are ignored. The suspect then demands that the victim give up money and or ATM cards. The victim is then told to run in one direction while the suspect runs in the opposite direction. The majority of victims have been walking alone after dark.
