[uae] quicksave/load hack

hi, this is my attempt to quickify this usefull operation.
right now i applied it to gtk interface.
f12+f9 quick save to current slot
f12+f10 cycle slot (1-5)
f12+f11 quick load from current slot
savestate filename == currently inserted floppy name_slot.uss
why? "quick save/load" should be real quick and convenient:
1/ operated with one hand (or one keystroke)
2/ no gui popups
