[uae] Using IPF files in UAE

Hello
What are the requirements for using *.ipf files within UAE.
I have the libcaps library installed in /usr/lib and run ldconfig
command as required.
Trying
uae-sdl -s floppy0=file.ipf
nothing seems to happen, just the Rom 1.3 disk image appears.
I'm using the debian package as for debian unstable.
Will I need to compile from source and include libcaps support? Is there
a debian package already with this compiled in?
