It IS that page-to-page time that is measured.
I have just tried all pages on the site with these browsers:
* Opera
* Internet Explorer
* Apple Safari
* Google Chrome
* Mozilla Firefox
all open together with Outlook and Excel running having NOT cleared any
caches for days and now get a 1 sec delay before the page starts painting
and another 1-2 secs to fill the page.
Is anyone else having problems like Peter?

Hi Mike, Thanks for your advice. I ran CCleaner and then had another try. It
took about 30 seconds to display the home page. I think I should make clear
what I meant by 'links'- it's moving to other pages within the AVU3A website
which is very slow; links from the AVU3A home page to other websites behave
normally.
