I can see I'm causing even more confusion. The copy of my GettingStarted2010
that's floating around seems to be the WRONG one, and then when I attempted to
update Jim Cant with the "right" one I sent him my old "raw" version. For the
record, attached is the CORRECT version from September 3. Dreadfully sorry
for all this confusion.
