Friends of Scouting Contribution Campaign

Friends of Scouting (FOS) 2015 Contribution Campaign -which provides 1/3 of the
Capital Area Council funds- is counting on us. Money raised supports 40 full
time paid staff positions, liability and accident Insurance, 7 year-round camps
like Lost Pines, and many programs like Youth Protection Training and
Wilderness Aid. Ricardo will be reaching out to Scouts and Scouters during
troop meetings and by phone. We appreciate and are counting on your generosity
for such an important campaign that directly affects our Scouts.
Philmont Training Starts this Sunday 2/8/15 at Mt Lakeway 2:30-4:30pm

All are welcome to join but this is primarily training for Philmont Scouts and
Scouter. We will meet at the entrance behind Serene Hills Elementary. Check the
website for Sundays, the day and times are subject to change based on the 2
treks through June.
