Just tried the link again for the older free version(2.0.28). It worked
for me and started to download the zip file.

The current free version (2.0.40) only allows one email account. Version
2.0.28 allows multiple accounts.
I have 2 accounts; one is Hotmail and the other is my paid ISP account.
