It apparently has to do with your modem, look here: http://tinyurl.com/rphw Press ["Windows"+Pause/Break] keys simultaneously to bring up "System Props." and check your modem's properties. It should mention Zoltrix. If the error persists you could delete/reload the modem's drivers and that will most probably fix it. Make sure you have the drivers, though, or you may get left out of the WWW 'til you can find/load them again. Remember that if it ain't broke, you don't need to fix it. Just close the window, as you did this time.
