Hotmail & Yahoo are both on the brink of "burning" their severs. For days, your symptoms have been plaguing anyone who uses their services. Your conclusions seem to be echoed by quite a few of my friends who keep asking me for advise re their maladies with their e-mail accts., while I myself have encountered unusualy slow connections. Some times these have been as slow as 2400 bps and 4800 bps, that's bits and not Kilos! In the meantime, my junk mail list grows larger each passing day.
