you might try a program named quick view plus... not sure if it will open 
them but have found it to work on many unknowns before. altho mqny a time not 
perfect. sounds like it is a file indegenous to the scrapbook program itself 
and 
not a standard file naming . 
That is one of the unfortunate occurances of using lots of the non stanards 
al about the market place. Ask your daughter if there is a reader with her 
program. It may be included in it and you cna use that to view it. also try 
adobe 
acrobat. it may work also... no idea since for me it is a totally unknown file 
extension also.     one thing you can try also.. some times works......... 
make a copy and using the copy change the extension to jpg,or gif or any of the 
other graphics extensions and see if a graphics viewer works on it... worht a 
try.. have had very limited success in doing that... like one in a hundered
