See the same thread as Rokabear :) We will happily run a Tor exit there,
but it is quite expensive. If people want us to run one there, and are
willing to pay the fees, that would be great :)

You should be able to connect to irc.oftc.net fine over Tor. Use port
6697+SSL.
Same for Jabber, where you can find me at moritz@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (works
for XMPP and email).
