My relay isn't in Moritz class but I would certainly appreciate some
guidelines to determine if my seemingly large throughput variations were
the result of network problems at my hosting provider or real variations
in the Tor network. I've been using vnstat and iperf and I'll look at
munin but don't feel I've got a good handle on it. I've got a lot of
Linux server administration experience but always in a university
environment where the network wasn't my responsibility.

Thanks,
Wayne
