[torontocbm] VICE

I have found a lot of bugs in WinVICE 2.1
Just wondering if anyone else finds it buggy as well.
Do you guys find this emulator to be spot on or a loose-copy of the
PETs/c64?
I have had a few minor compatibility issues but nothing too serious.

Anyone else have issues?
