[toodle] Bug fix

One of my computers that I put the program on, cuts off a chunk of the
Startup and EXIT screen containing the high scores. When I load up the game
however, this bug goes away and the screen looks normal during game play.
It doesn't look like there's a way to lower resolution from within the game
itself. My other computers don't have this problem though. My specs.

Dell
P4 3.2 Hyperthreading on
1 gig of ddr2 ram
Ati x300 PCI X video running at 1280 x 1024
I've also updated to the latest ATI drivers.
