OK, now you have sent some real toughies b/c they are both so highly worn.

I think the first is Cissusa spadix and the second (which I am really pulling 
out of my...ear) looks like Lithophane antennata, not the thin curved basal 
dash.

04-02-11 and the second on 04-07-11.  I thought the first one looked quite 
distinctive and should have been easy . . . however.  The second is so very 
plain and uniformly dark but seems to have some lighter shading toward the tips 
of the wings.  Don't know where to go with it.
