[tn-moths] Moth-eating bird

Maybe a little off-topic.
I finally got a photo of the &^%$ bird that eats the moths off my back porch:

The top of the head is darker, which for some reason you can't see in the photo.
I know that some of you are birders... is the photo clear enough to identify
it? Any suggestions for dissuading it from clearing the moths before I can
photograph them?
