Ken,
 
I believe these are Slender Bluets (Enallagma traviatum), male has v notch  
in segment #8 blue, they have large eye spots; can't see for sure but 
female  seems to have right shape blue on #8 - 10. Look that one up and see 
what  
you think. Other things not right for Attenuated or Pale Bluets.
