Since I didn’t get over to the Enterprise South Nature Park yesterday to check on the Yucca Giant-Skipper caterpillars I went over this morning. The only butterfly I saw in the area I walked through was a Red-spotted Purple. Not what I expected but maybe we are between flights. I’ve updated my ESNP gallery with the latest pictures, http://www.pbase.com/dspicer/esnp and will add more there as I get them. On the way out I found a FOY Gulf Fritillary nectaring on a Thistle. I also saw a FOY Cloudless Sulphur fly by. Dave Spicer Hamilton County
