[TN-Bird] White-winged Scoters

Five white-winged scoters were seen today 1/25/04 at 3:00 pm at Louisville 
Point Park in Blount Co.  Directions:  South on Hwy 129 Alcoa Hwy (from 
Knoxville) to west on Pellissippi Parkway, then exit at Topside Rd. Go south on 
Topside until it dead ends and take a right.  Go over a small bridge with a 
marina on the right. The right turn onto road (name?) that leads to the park is 
approximately 1 mile from bridge.  The birds were seen on the marina side of 
the peninsula. (Delorme Gazetteer-pg. 43 block B6)
