[TN-Bird] White-winged Scoter at Chickamauga Dam

I observed a White-winged Scoter at Chickamauga Dam this evening between 6:00 
and 6:30 pm.  The scoter was straight out from the parking spaces that are 
perpendicular to the sidewalk.  Drive up top, toward the visitor's center, and 
under the bridge.  The bird moved left to right while I was there, dove a lot, 
but was never as far out as the buoy to the left.
Daniel Jacobson was only ten minutes away, so he was able to get there before 
it was totally dark.  Kevin Calhoon said he would try to get out in the morning 
and will post if the bird is still around.

Also had one Herring Gull, one female Greater Scaup, one male Scaup (didn't 
take time to identify) and a couple of American Coots.
