[TN-Bird] Short-eared Owl at Shelby Bottoms

The Short-eared Owl was successfully relocated by Rob Lane and Mark Hackney
Saturday evening. It flew out of the same spot as the previous night, again
shortly after 5:00pm. It flew south, then west, disapearing over the
tree-line.
