Hi all,
Good sightings yesterday and today of birds in Lewis and Perry counties in
Middle TN.
Wood Thrush-1
Rose-breasted Grosbeak-2
Broad-winged Hawk-1
SCARLET TANAGER-1 male
Hooded Warbler-1
Not a lot, but its hard to pay attention in the middle of house restoration.
BIG highlight of Sat. evening-we watched as 5 new Bluebirds made their way out
of their nestbox. A pair of Cardinals and a Carolina Wren came close to find
out what all the excitement was about. Parents kept a close eye on the
youngsters. Unfortunately, it got dark. Hoping to resume watching tomorrow.
