[TN-Bird] Rough-legged Hawk (Greene Co.) - 3/26

The Rough-legged Hawk was still at Joachim Bible Refuge in Greene County today 
around noon and seen again on our way back through around 2:30. It was in the 
open fields on the west side of S.Mohawk Rd. between Murray Bridge Rd. and 
Bible Chapel Rd.. It was a nice lifer for my mother and I but we should have 
brought a scope. It was perched in trees or on an old fencepost most of the 
time. We  went to the nearby Wal-Mart Distribution Center as well. Here are 
some notables from the area.

    S. Mohawk Rd.:
Rough-legged Hawk - 1 juv.
Northern Harrier - 1
Red-Tailed Hawk - 1
Great Blue Heron - 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler - 2
Red-winged Blackbird

    Bible Chapel Rd.:
Cooper's Hawk - 2

    Glades Rd.:
American Kestrel - 1

    Murray Bridge Rd.:
Savannah Sparrow
White-throated Sparrow 
Eastern Meadowlark
Killdeer 

    Wal-Mart Distr. Center: (~1:30-2:10)
Green-winged Teal - 4
Mallard - 2
American Coot - 1
Canada Goose - 1
Northern Rough-winged Swallow - 1
Tree Swallow - 4
Red-winged Blackbird
Killdeer
Eastern Meadowlark
