[TN-Bird] Fort Loudon, Friendsville, buffleheads, Osprey nest rebuilt

Mile 608.2 11 buffleheads, one male in breeding, the rest look to be female
except 3 with somewhat lighter sides. Male spectacular.
When I last looked, the Coulter Shoals light at 608.3 had a bare platform.
Today there's a nest built with a single Osprey looking around. I'll keep my
eyes out for a mate.
And a daytime bat was hunting off my dock. 4 PM! Not used to that.
