Thanksgiving Day
7:30-9:45am
My wife Bonnie and I enjoyed a walk around Radnor Lake on
a beautiful Thanksgiving morning. Best birds of the day were
Jan Shaw's continuing GREAT EGRET, at the back left of the
big cove as seen from Otter Creek Road. Also found was a
single RUSTY BLACKBIRD just below the dam. There were only
5 species of ducks on the lake with the biggest numbers
belonging to GADWALL and RING-NECKED DUCKs. BLACK, BUFFLEHEAD,
and MALLARD were also present.
