Good weather and a lot of time outside today (4/19/2012) yielded a pretty hefty total for the "daily yard list" here in western Lewis County-- 62 species. This includes 12 real warblers plus 1 chat. Other than the already-posted high-sailing cormorants there was nothing out of the ordinary for the date, just a good turnout of expected mid-April birds with not a single e-Bird flag.
