This is a late post but wanted Chattanooga folks to know that yesterday I had a Northern Harrier flying over the fields at the Standifer Gap Marsh. Probably the closest I've been to one of those. Also had 2 Kestrels sitting on a soccer goal. I only looked over the fields due to limited time but there were no ducks visible in the ponds or in what little bit of the marsh area I could see.
