[TN-Bird] Franklin's Gull at TVA Lake -Enslely Bottoms

A quick run by TVA Lake to check the ducks and look for bill tagged scaup,  
yielded an unexpected visitor. While I was sitting there scanning, a small 
group  of gulls dropped in with one landing off to itself. The 3/4 hood, size 
and  
partial eye crescents gave the ID away, even without a scope. Usually this 
time  of the year you get a Laughing Gull out on McKellar Lake just across the 
levee.  I'll post a photo later.
