Black Bayou Waterfowl Refuge
Reelfoot Lake
Lake Co. Tn
While walking this morning in Black Bayou I saw my first Northern Harrier
(Juv) for fall. Water level is dropping again in Black Bayou. No shorebird
activity seen.
