I got a very good look at the bird. It was trying to finish a kill and I was within ten feet of the bird and it did not seem the least disturbed by my presence. It remain on the bush for about 15 minutes until some small children scared it away. I was amazed that this bird did not seem frightened of people. This was at 4pm local time Sunday the 27th of Jan. Please contact me with any information or contacts that I could pass this sighting too.
