Duck River Unit
Humphreys County
8 members of the John W. Sellars Chapter of TOS (aka. Lebanon Bird Club)
travelled to the Duck River Unit this morning.
Birds seen:
Group of Caspian Terns some feeding young.
Am. White Pelicans
Short-billed Dowitcher
Solitary Sandpiper
Spotted Sandpiper
Pectoral Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
Semipalm SP
Semipalm Plover
Adult and Imm. Little Blue Herons
And much more.
Many saw life birds and state birds. Great time even though it was hot as
Hades.
