[TN-Bird] Common Goldeneye below Norris Dam

A male Common Goldeneye was seen today, 1-26-04, at 8:40am on the Clinch 
River across from the TVA Aquatic Biology Lab on Route 441.  There is a 
parking lot across from the lab.  I parked there and went directly to the 
river to see this bird.
