[tn-bird] Cedar Waxwings, Knox Co

A few times this summer I've seen or heard Cedar Waxwings around
where I work off of Hardin Valley Road in west Knox Co.  This
morning I had a pair fly over as I was walking through the
parking lot.  No definite proof of breeding but odds are....
