I finally heard a Yellow-billed Cuckoo at Eagle Lake yesterday,=20 my first of the season. I have also been out quite a bit in good cuckoo=20 country, hopefully this is a localized occurrence. The only Cuckoo I've seen=20 this year has been a Black-billed, other than a wire collision Yellow-billed=20 found dead at Reelfoot Lake. If anyone is interested, I've posted a few photos from Memphis yesterday.=20 These are Painted Buntings and various shorebirds.
