[THIN] printer issues

Hi ,
I have installed 2 new servers to our farm, and I am having issue with
printing
basically it is stating that user does not have access to print from an
application,
also the user can add a printer and print a test page for this.
I hade a similiar issue when I installed MS installer 3 which I needed
for citrix sp4
The fix I used for this was to connect to our print server via IE and
selected all printers and clicked connect
any ideas?
