Hi Gabriel,

Try giving users write access to
%systemroot%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3.

What might be happening is that you've installed a new HP printer driver,
and an updated driver include file. If the include file is common to a bunch
of HP printers, then their unidriver descriptor files *.GPD will have to be
recompiled before any printers using that driver will print. If user's don't
have write access to %systemroot%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3, then
it'll need an admin accessing the printer before it will work again.

regards,

Rick
