[THIN] permissions / attributes issue when printing from IE

Hi all,
 
I posted some time ago about an issue i was experiencing. the issue is that 
when users try to print from IE on the cps 4.0 x64 bit platform randomly and 
intermittent ly they get blank pages 
 
i have tracked the issue down to this. 
 
a user reports the issue on a server. i connect using a custom connection to 
the same server and login using a test account the issue is present. i see 
nothing in the print previwe except for a url accross tyhe bottom of the page 
which reference the temp directory in their profile.
 
i logoff the test user and logon via ICA using an admin account the issue is 
not present and i can see the print preview.
 
i then logoff the admin account and login again using the test account and this 
time when i go to print preview i can see the correct information.
 
the user who originally reported the issue is also able to print sucessfully 
without having logged off or closed their browser
 
this happens on all servers intermittently. any ideas much appreciated as i can 
find nothing that describes this issue. regards Gabriel
